As soon as you receive your new metal card, this will begin working straight away! Your new metal card will work globally, in stores, restaurants, at ATMs etc. 

Our process is entirely safe. Codacards ensures throughout each step of the journey, your card is protected. During the transfer process your card will be monitored by 24/7 surveillance and we will ship this using secure, tracked shipping. 

Once you have chosen your design, you will receive an email to confirm your order details. Once you have sent us your card, we will begin the transfer process which will take a few days to complete. With your choice of shipping, we will then send your new metal card to you. If you have any concerns about the shipping process, please get in touch with our team.

Despite your new card design, this bank card is still owned by the card issuer. You must therefore, contact your bank immediately if your metal card is lost or stolen.

Yes! You do not have to worry about your new card not working in ATMs, they are totally compatible with ATMs. Allowing you to withdraw cash just as you would with a traditional bank card. This also applied to chip and pin machines.

There may be some cards which are not compatible with our metal cards. Our How It Works page outlines the types of chips we are unable to work with. If you are still unsure, do not hesitate to get in touch with our team, we are here to help.

Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide, using both tracked and secure shipping to ensure the protection of your cards.

Our tracked shipping is offered at absolutely no charge. If you choose slightly different shipping method, please see prices at checkout.

We can not guarantee shipping times as the process relies on both the customer sending the card to our offices and our shipping provider. However, you will be provided with tracking details, so you can receive updates about the location of your new metal card when shipped to you.
